Course Curriculum:
Part 1
Introduction to empty hand fighting techniques and tactics. Practical, gross motor skill techniques that will empower the student with strong basic skill sets to face and overcome common fight situations. The student will be taught and required to apply techniques in realistic scenarios commensurate to level 1 (no previous experience)
Part 2
Application of covert tools and techniques to escape unwanted restraint from common methods such as Zip Ties, handcuffs, rope, etc.. The student will be required to demonstrate these new skills in practical scenarios commensurate to level 1 (no previous experience)
